In creating the magazine, it was important for us to consider a variety of target audiences, from parents dropping off their children at the in-house day care center to academics and amateur researchers working in the foundations’ historic archives.
The magazine combines full-page image spreads and big, high-contrast headlines with clear, inviting body text typography that is a pleasure to read. While a strict layout grid provides order, the two corporate typefaces, Maison Neue and Fleischman, allow for a wide variety of distinctive combinations and possibilities.
