Simple concept, dramatic effect: Eight monumental photographic banners positioned throughout the campus, along with 42 smaller images, vividly illustrated how much had changed over the past 30 years. These were accompanied by quotes from former residents, students and employees, revealing the depth of their personal ties to the foundations and their spirit.
Most of the funds for the restoration were provided by concerned citizens. By 2020, the work of saving the historic buildings from ruin was almost complete, showing that even the seemingly impossible can be accomplished when people work together.
